A grounding lug designed to be fixed into the rail channel of Clenergy racking systems to connect the rack to a grounding conductor (earth wire) — ensuring electrical safety and compliance. It’s part of the PV‑ezRack grounding system along with grounding clips and suitable for ECO, T50, T110 and similar rails when used with a Z‑module. Clenergy

🛠 Installation

  1. Position the grounding lug in the top or side channel of the rail (ECO/T50/T110 etc.) using a Z‑module.

  2. Tighten the bolt so the lug makes good contact with the rail extrusion (this bonds the rail electrically).

  3. Insert and tighten the ground cable into the lug (bare conductor or stripped section).

  4. Ensure a continuous grounding path back to your earth electrode or grounding conductor. Clenergy

Clenergy’s installation guide recommends at least one grounding lug per rail row to meet electrical resistance requirements.
